NOTICE OF RESOLUTION
TO ENDORSE A CANDIDATE FOR
INTERNATIONAL DIRECTOR
(to be voted upon at the May 2010 Convention
in Kalispell)
The Multiple District 37
Council of Governors has approved the following:
Be it resolved that
Multiple District 37 proceed to endorse an eligible candidate from Montana
at the MD37 Convention in Kalispell for the office of International Director
to run at the Lions Clubs International Convention in Seattle, USA (2011) or
the Lions Clubs International Convention in Busan, Korea (2012). Those
Lions eligible are as per the LCI Constitution & Bylaws, Article II, Section
4. and the Multiple District 37 Bylaws – Article XIII.
All voting delegates will be asked to vote on this
resolution in Kalispell, MT. |
